How long will my order take to arrive?
UK - Items bought in the UK will be shipped 48 tracked and 24 tracked in priority shipping is selected (priority shipping also decreases dispatch time)
World Wide- Items bought from anywhere in the world will be shipped "International Tracked Air Mail" Most items are Delivered within 1 week. (Please see Overseas Delivery for more information)
My products were damaged in transit. What should I do?
All products are carefully wrapped and packed in plain packaging before being dispatched. If you do find that you have damaged goods when you receive your order please contact us contact us and we will endeavour to help you.
My order is incorrect. What should I do?
In the unlikely event of this happening at your earliest convenience contact us and we will endeavour to help you.
I need to return an item, is it free to do so?
You can return an item but postage it at buyer cost and we have a 15% restock Fee
I am not happy with my purchase. What should I do?
We want you to be happy with our products and service. If you have bought something from us and are not entirely satisfied you can always ask to have your money back subject to the item being unused and in the same new condition we supplied it to you in you will be charged a 15% restock fee. A 14 Day limit applies to this guarantee.
Overseas Delivery
All parcels sent overseas may incur delays compared to our nationwide deliveries.
Parcels that require customs clearance may take a little longer and we can not be held responsible for these delays.
Any parcels held with customs and incur import charges will be paid by the Buyer.
If the customs fees are not paid and the product is returned you will be charged a 15% restock fee
Parcels that are delayed will not be eligible for refund the this reason.
